The staff were the hotel’s strongest point. Every team member treated us with real respect and kindness, and there were plenty of family-friendly activities. Having both indoor and outdoor pools was a real advantage outside high season. The property falls short of 4-star standards for cleanliness and maintenance. The apartment showed visible wear, and although rooms were cleaned daily, the cleaning was only superficial. Restaurant tableware, especially the plates, wasn’t properly clean. The food quality also didn’t meet a 4-star level. There was a wide selection, but it was lacking in quality, and all the juices and coffee were artificial.

We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return. The entertainment was brilliant, and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean, there were plenty of sun loungers without any scramble for one, and the kid splash park was brilliant for little ones. The indoor pool is handy for a rainy day, and there’s a sauna too. Lovely hotel.

The staff were genuinely friendly, the price I paid was a great deal, and the walk to the beach takes about 20 minutes. There was a different evening activity each night, from family-friendly performances to adult-oriented fire shows, plus bingo games for kids and adults. I’d still consider coming back, despite a few frustrating things. The Wi-Fi was completely unusable, and my Orange mobile signal was very weak. At dinner, guests were always asked if they wanted drinks, which cost extra. A 200 ml Pepsi was €3, more than I expected. The buffet was plentiful, but there was no free drinking water. I felt this might be a deliberate way to encourage beverage orders, and I didn’t appreciate it. Since dinner was included in my room rate, paying extra just for water felt unpleasant. The hotel stops providing air conditioning after late October. Tonight it was around 21°C, but staff explained the central system can only heat or cool at one time. Since winter is approaching, only heating was available. When it’s warm, you have to open the windows for ventilation, but music from the bar continued until around 11:30 PM and made it hard to rest.

We paid a bargain price and were surprised by how nice the hotel was. Our self-catering room was clean and a decent size, with a bath and shower and full cooking facilities. Drinks at the pool bar were spot on, while the food was OK. The pool area was really nice, though the water could be chilly. The indoor pool and sauna were a hidden gem for us, especially when the weather changed that time of year.

We had a very enjoyable few days, and the surprise upgrade to a suite on arrival was wonderful. The service was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. We really appreciated the hospitality. Both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool with jacuzzi were very nice. The location was perfect for us, and public transport made it easy to get around for sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel.
