Cases D'Alcudiola

The house is beautiful, has great facilities, and there are no neighbours nearby. We had a nice stay, but it was overshadowed by a small amount being taken from the security deposit for damage that would normally count as wear and tear in a hotel. We got back less than half of the deposit, and discussions with the host didn’t resolve anything.

We had an incredible time here, and the service was wonderful. I’d definitely recommend spending your holiday here.

The garden is lovely and well cared for, and you can collect free-range eggs. There’s a nice pool for hot days, and it’s good for children. The kitchen is a little small, but it works; the rooms are clean and pleasant. It’s a beautiful old farmhouse, made into a warm, cosy place for a family or group of friends. You’ll want a car, but the countryside location is peaceful, with the beach and shops also nearby. The host is friendly, easy to talk to, and makes you feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We’d happily rent this house again if we return to Mallorca. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away, and the kids loved the place, especially the free eggs from the chickens and the cute little piglet. Pere was always available, welcoming, and full of helpful tips. It felt like a real family home from the moment we arrived. There’s a lot of care in the details, and the house has spacious rooms, great beds, plenty of bathrooms with good facilities, and a kitchen set up for a large family. The garden and swimming pool are beautiful and spacious too.
