The building isn't the most modern, but it was comfortable and clean, and I can definitely recommend the hotel. We were close to both the beach and the restaurants and cafes. The food was amazing for an all-inclusive, so thanks to chef Benjamin. Service was really nice and helpful, including the waiters and bar staff. Gracias a Jorge y Zack ❤️

I nearly skipped writing a review since the other positive ones already say it. But I agree with them: it's a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, with good food and drinks. The staff throughout were efficient and friendly. Nothing negative from me.

We'd happily go back. It was a really good break, quiet and quaint, just right for what we needed. The beach and harbour are about a ten-minute stroll away, with transport nearby and Aldi also around a ten-minute walk. We found the hotel worth more than its 3 stars, maybe 3.5 or 4. With the amount of use it gets, a bit of limescale on taps or small curtain tears are only signs of wear. We had nothing to complain about. The staff made us feel welcome from the start. Aimee met us on arrival and helped with translations when we struggled to communicate with other guests, while bringing plenty of laughter too. Everyone at reception was polite and helpful. Our rep Audrey was welcoming and compassionate when situations came up. The cleaners did a brilliant job each day and provided towels, bedding, and toiletries. The catering team worked hard and were courteous and helpful. There was plenty of food variety for the many nationalities staying there, at breakfast, dinner, and tea time, plus a good selection of snacks. We remember Barbara, Youseef? Martin, Roberto, and many others, including the bar and front-of-house staff. Thanks to all of you. The entertainment depended on guests joining in. Even though the pool area was never full, we all took part at some point. A bit of encouragement was all it took to get people having fun, getting to know each other, laughing and bonding. Special thanks to Gary, who shared his winning bottle with us losers, haha. Christine, the book is said to be great! And a mention for the talented Taddy, unless it's darts haha, and his beautiful mother from Czech. Wishing you both all the luck in the world. The families and couples we met were friendly and easy to talk to. We made some lasting memories with Freda, wishing this lovely lady health and happiness. We spent hours chatting even though we didn't speak the same language, haha. The hotel caters to guests from lots of different countries, and we enjoyed meeting people.

The hotel feels old and outdated, and the food was boring with little choice. On the upper floors, the wind howls so badly that it can be impossible to sleep. There's also a busy street right next door with traffic 24/7.
