Hotel JS Sol de Can Picafort - Adults Only

I want to sincerely thank the administrator Marian for her kindness, care, and steady support during our stay. She made us feel very welcome, and we're truly grateful 💕 Sadly, the waitress Inma overshadowed the experience. For all 11 days, she behaved aggressively and inappropriately toward us, making rude remarks, snatching glasses from our hands, and taking plates before we'd finished eating. That kind of behavior is unacceptable at a hotel of this level.

The location is fantastic, and the cleaning was perfect. All the staff were really kind, helpful, and cheerful. There's a good little fitness room too. Breakfast and dinner were a bit basic and boring, but I could always find something to eat. A pretty good hotel.

Marian was always a pleasure to deal with, so polite, attentive, and helpful. Sadly, Inma’s rude and dismissive behavior, which even seemed to show signs of racism, left me with a very negative impression. That’s unacceptable in hospitality. I’m grateful for Marian’s professionalism, but the rest really spoiled things.

We had to pay for another place ourselves after the hotel failed to fix the air conditioning, which wasn’t working from the moment we arrived. We reported it several times over two days and got nowhere. The alternative room they eventually offered had no windows, was dark, and smelled terrible, so we couldn’t accept it. When I asked about a refund, the manager was rude and firmly said reimbursement wasn’t possible. We got no compensation for the original booking. That’s not what I expect from a hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
