The room was spotless, with useful things provided like pans and crockery. The shower had good pressure and was great for washing off sand after a day in the sun. The beds are on the hard side, but I found them comfortable, though that’s personal preference. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A very pleasant stay, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Parking is available nearby, and the hotel is well located in Can Picafort, with a sea view. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and nice. I’d recommend the hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved. The air conditioning seemed old and didn’t work very well. It also smelled bad when we turned it on, so maybe the filters need changing. The walls are thin enough that we could hear neighbours moving around, talking, or watching TV very loudly. It made it hard to sleep, and some sound insulation could help.

The room was really clean, but the bed in room 301 was terribly uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I both had back pain afterwards. We told reception, and they offered us another room, which was great. They already know about the bed problem, though, and still offer those rooms.

The staff were super friendly and kept the place clean and tidy. The location was convenient, close to the beach but far enough away that there weren’t crowds around. For the price, it’s a reasonable choice, but I can’t give it more than 3 stars. The main problem was the noise inside the building. I don’t mean outside noise, which makes sense here. You can hear everything through the walls, including snores, doors opening, people talking, and other personal activities. It was unbearable when trying to sleep, and the beds didn’t help. The WiFi was the other big issue. We chose the hotel because internet was advertised, so my wife and I could get some work done and keep up with work. That wasn’t possible with a connection at 0.6Mbit that wasn’t even stable. LTE SIM didn’t help in this location.
