Housekeeping kept our room spotless, well maintained, and welcoming throughout our stay. They deserve a big thank you, as does the whole team at Hotel Son Bauló in Can Picafort. Everyone made us feel welcome from the start, and their care and friendliness made our holiday unforgettable. They were wonderful with our 18 month old daughter, taking time to talk with her every day and help her feel included. That meant so much to us as parents, and we’ll always treasure those memories. Karen and Antonia at Reception were always smiling and helpful, and went above and beyond. Thanks as well to Leo from TUI for his excellent advice and support. The restaurant team were fantastic too: Laura, Celia, Fresa, Mario, Paco, Jamie, Antonia, Ramón, José, Leo, Blanca, Raul and Gema. Sorry if we don't remember everyone's names, each person helped make the stay enjoyable with their warm personalities and great service. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return. I enjoyed my first stay here so much that I booked again for next year. The staff are kind and friendly, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets had a good choice. The restaurant area was very clean too. From the pool, we could look out over the sea, and the beach was lovely and sandy, with crystal clear water and a great path for walking into town. My inland view room was dated, but very clean, and the shower had good pressure. Next time I’d choose a sea view room because the views are truly stunning.

It felt like being in a 5*hotel, just like the photos. The sand is right on your doorstep, with the swimming pool beside it. The beds are large and comfy, the food is nice, and the staff, from cleaning to front desk to floor staff, were polite. Highly recommended!

A large pool and a beach right outside make this a good place for adults who want to laze around. The staff are excellent, and there are good adult singers in the evening after bingo. It’s not a family or activities hotel. My only letdown was the food options for vegan/vegetarian guests.

I’ve been coming to son baulo with family every year since I was 16/17, and I’m now 35 and returning this year with my 12 year old daughter. The food still hasn’t changed much and isn’t very healthy, and the room spacing and decorating need more thought. What keeps bringing me back is the location and the workers, especially david the entertainer. Honestly, if he left, I wouldn’t return anymore, because he really makes it.
