The apartment had no air conditioning, cockroaches, and some really unpleasant neighbors. The ones I dealt with couldn't even manage a simple hello. We won't be back, and I hope whoever comes next is treated better. This wasn't the holiday resort I expected. These are homes rented out as tourist apartments, with quiet hours from 3 to 5 pm and midnight to 9 am. At 11 pm, when swimming was still allowed, my children and I went for a swim. I don't think we were making much noise, but I apologized when one neighbor complained. He went on about hearing children with balls and people swimming since 6 pm, though he hadn't said anything to them. He mentioned that he had to get up for work at 6 am and lives in an apartment complex where people come for the summer. That's his situation, but I don't think he had the right to tell us off for swimming at 11 pm, during the permitted hours.
