The apartment was dirty, old, and smelled awful, and there were cockroaches. Nothing about it felt luxurious. The whole experience felt like a rip-off. Customer service was horrible and very rude: when we reported the cockroaches, she yelled at us and hung up on me. She also refused to refund us despite the unsanitary conditions. Avoid at all costs.

I wouldn’t stay again. The apartment wasn’t suitable for six people, there were lots of mosquitoes, and the agency’s service was poor.
