I really enjoyed the hotel, and the staff were so friendly. They also let me check out late on my last day. The pool was clean and lovely, but although it was meant to open at 10, it usually wasn't ready until around 10:30 or 10:40. I like an early swim, so that was my one gripe.

For our first trip to Santa Ponsa, we couldn't have picked a better place. The staff were helpful and welcoming, the location was great, and the price for three nights was very good too. We loved our stay and will definitely come back sometime.

We booked at the last minute after seeing mixed reviews, but it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel was spotless, the staff were lovely, and being right in the centre made everything easy. I'd happily stay again.

The room on floor 9 was quiet and dark, with air conditioning and a nice view, so it was perfect for sleeping. Staff were friendly, and the kitchenette was well equipped, including a fridge.

Our room on the 8th floor had a great view over the beach, and there are lifts. It was spacious and had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday, even little packs of cleaning cloths and a sponge. The cleaners changed everything every other day and did an amazing job, always with a smile. The reception team were just as helpful and cheerful. Sun Beach was spotless throughout, from the rooms to the well-maintained pool area. Even though the hotel is in the busier, livelier part of Santa Ponsa, noise wasn't really a problem for us. We'd happily book again. Thanks for a great stay.
