The pool was excellent, clean and a good size for a leisurely swim. We rented loungers and umbrellas at the beach because most of the pool loungers were already 'reserved' by 8am. One day we got loungers and saw four people leave towels first thing in the morning, then not come down until after 4pm. It's really poor behaviour, and a shame it's allowed. Our room was well equipped, the bathroom was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. The walls were paper thin, though, so light sleepers might struggle. We had loud neighbours, but once they settled down it wasn't too bad. There were no major faults, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. If we're in the same area for a holiday again, we'd definitely choose this hotel. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless and were lovely, greeting us with a smile every day. Reception was top tier too, with polite, approachable staff who made us feel welcome and were genuinely helpful. Huge shout out to Mathias (apologies if I spelled it wrong), the nicest person at the bar. The bar was one of the few disappointments. A couple of members seemed to ignore customers, sometimes not even acknowledging us or smiling, which left a bitter taste after an otherwise fantastic experience. Mathias made up for it with his friendly presence. There was a good variety at every meal, so we both found things we liked. All inclusive also included snacks between meals, which we made good use of because my partner isn't a breakfast person.

We stayed here in November 2025 for the IFBB World Championships, and the facilities were a real plus. There was a spa, a salt-water pool with jacuzzi features, a sauna, and a steam room. The buffet was varied and delicious each day, and the bar coffee was high quality. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with furniture in great condition. The bathroom was huge, with a good shower, and the large balcony had a sea view, sofa, table, and even a rail for drying clothes. Staff across reception, the restaurant, housekeeping, and maintenance were incredibly friendly. The kettle stopped working on our first night, but they fixed it straight away so we could have tea again. My husband and I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

The hotel is right by the beach, with some lovely spots for taking pictures. The room and bathroom were clean when we arrived, and housekeeping cleaned daily. The food was very good, with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner, and the spa was good as well. I had a really good experience here and would recommend it.

It's a small adults-only hotel, right on the edge of a row of enormous hotels. The pool is small but clean, and we were happy with the nice terrace, polite staff, and lack of drunk guests. The rooms were clean, with a huge bathroom, though there's no bidet and no espresso machine in the room. I almost died without one! Everything else costs extra. Breakfast is good, but there are so many excellent restaurants to the left of the hotel that paying for the typical food there feels ridiculous. You also have to pay extra for the beach, and the waves are too strong for swimming, maybe it's only good for taking pictures. I think a new hotel is being built next year, so be careful about possible noise.

Room 611 had a stunning direct sea view and a lovely balcony with a sofa, table, and small drying rack. Inside, there was a comfortable double bed, a fridge, a wardrobe big enough for two, and great air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower always had hot water. There was a slight smell from the shower and toilet, but it didn't spoil how nice the room was. The food and drinks were fantastic. We've stayed at plenty of all-inclusive hotels where meals are bland, but here everything was full of flavour and well cooked. There was a huge daily choice of meat, fish, salads, rice, pizza, chips, vegetables, fresh bread, desserts, fruit, and pastries. Even picky eaters should find something. Everything was warm and fresh, with a microwave available if you wanted it hotter. Drinks included cocktails, beer, wine, sangria, soft drinks, and bottled water in unlimited amounts. Items outside the all-inclusive list came with 50% off. Tea drinkers might want to bring their own teabags. The saltwater pool area was gorgeous, spotless, and well maintained. I saw it being cleaned every morning. The water felt a bit cool at first, but refreshing once you were in. There are different depths for different swimmers and built-in jets for relaxing. The pool bar was spotless too, and its staff were among the friendliest in the hotel, along with reception. They were always smiling, up for a laugh, and happy to bring drinks over. Just don't go inside dripping wet, as they're strict about that. Entertainment ran on a few nights and was great fun, with singing and dancing that got everyone involved. All the staff we met worked hard and were pleasant and helpful. Some managers could come across as stand-offish or rude, but service overall was excellent. Special shout out to Jessica, who worked very hard, and Matthias and Natalia. The gym is small but has what you need: a treadmill, cross trainer, mats, and weights. You book it at reception, and it's free to use as often as you like. The sauna and steam room also worked well. A few useful details: the card for the room's electricity can just be left in while you're out, which makes things easier. The room key is built into your wristband. Tourist tax was about €18 for two people for a week. Towel rental is €10 per towel, refunded when returned. The location is excellent, right beside the beach, with a shop across the road. It's a 12-minute walk to the train station and about 1 hour 15 minutes to Barcelona. You also get 50% off at Kalima Beach Bar. We absolutely loved the food, staff, cleanliness, and location, and we'll definitely return.
