The location is nice, but the apartment keycards randomly stop working and lock you out. The Wi-Fi never works.

Loved it.

There was barely any hot water. With eight of us in the apartment, just one person could shower while it was hot, then it ran out completely. The kitchen fridge also wouldn't shut properly, so our food and drinks kept warming up. The outdoor space looked neglected too. There were no parasols by the pool, the lawn didn't seem maintained, and a fallen tree had been there so long that plants had grown into it. It was breaking the fence and made the place look abandoned. We were charged extra for towels and sheets, but weren't allowed to take them with us, which I found absurd. From the start, the service felt unpleasant and unprofessional. It was a very bad stay. I wouldn't recommend it or come back, even for free.

The views are decent, and the air conditioning works well, but the beds squeak terribly. The rooms are old, with rusty blinds, and you need to bring your own soap, shampoo, and similar basics. Reception is just an old couch under a blanket, with nobody at the desk, and collecting the room keys means walking 500 meters. There's a shopping cart with some kind of outlet by the elevator on the sixth floor. The nearest decent shop is about a 20-minute walk each way.
