AQUA Hotel The Breeze & Spa - All Inclusive - Adults Only +18

Being able to cross the road and reach the beach was a big plus, and the station is an easy walk away. We took the train to central Barcelona in about an hour, which made for a great day out. The hotel itself had a calm, welcoming feel, just right for unwinding. At check-in the receptionist greeted us warmly and explained everything with a smile. We were happy with our spacious, modern, comfortable room. Dinner felt quite elegant, with linen napkins, white tablecloths and wine brought to the table. Their house wine is worth trying, and the food was both tasty and varied. The bar had well-known brands and friendly, attentive service. Thanks to Juan Carlos and Luiss for looking after us and saving our favorite table, and to Ayreen for being so kind and professional at the bar. The entertainment crew were lovely and full of energy. We had fun at the live shows and karaoke. We had an amazing holiday here and would happily come back.

It's adults only, with suite rooms, and the buffet is delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Since the hotel sits away from the beach and most bars, evenings and nights are quieter. For me, it's the best hotel in town.

My fiancée came back from a five-day stay, September 22-26, 2025, with her mum and two sisters for her mum's 50th birthday. She has migraines, so she hadn't been drinking much or staying up late. On the last day she decided to enjoy some free cocktails. The food sounded good, the hotel was nice and the staff seemed friendly, though from what I heard they were short staffed. What happened that night was frightening. While she was dancing with her mum, several men staying there tried to touch and grope her. She told them no, shouted at them and pushed them away more than once, but they kept following and harassing her. They mimicked sexual moves behind her at the bar and kept telling her she should do as she was told for once. No guests or staff stepped in. Twice, the men followed her into the unisex toilets, where there aren't even cameras in the foyer. Thankfully, her sisters shouted and got them to leave. One man was waiting by the stairs and staring at them as they left the bar at the end of the night. She felt extremely uncomfortable and reported it to hotel staff the next morning. They apologised, but that doesn't make up for what happened or the lack of security, cameras or staff action. What if he'd managed to get into the toilets? It's awful to think about. I was also told there were only two bar staff, even though they were run off their feet. One of the men kept telling my fiancée to Google him because he was supposedly somebody. His name is PHILIP BAILEY and he's from Crewe. I tried looking him up, but he clearly isn't as important as he thinks. A hotel should only have four stars if guests feel safe. She was left scared, unsafe and helpless. Maybe it's nice for couples, but I'd say women or groups of women should avoid it. This is disgusting, and I hope the hotel addresses it. It's 2025, for God's sake. This shouldn't be happening.

Kamila at reception was especially attentive, professional and genuinely caring, and the staff overall were outstanding. My room was nice and housekeeping was consistently pleasant. The hotel is also in a very convenient spot for exploring the area.
