The buffet was small, though what they served was tasty and prepared well. Staff were welcoming, and the rooms were clean and looked after, even if they're dated and need renovation. For the price, the hotel is reasonable, but I wouldn't call it a four-star place. There was no tea or coffee equipment in the room, and I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

The place felt like it had gone back 30 years. The hotel is poorly maintained, and the air conditioning barely works, with only an old-fashioned unit like something from the 1980s. The staff work hard, but management needs to rethink how it treats guests and invest in redecorating. There are three lifts, yet only one or two seem to run at a time because they turn some off. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were all inclusive, but the food was very basic. You can get by on it. I don't think the hotel has been refurbished in the past 20 years.

The food was a real highlight, with lots of tasty choices each day, and the chefs and waiters were exceptionally kind. We also enjoyed the evening live music in the restaurant overlooking the sea. It wasn't too loud and finished at a reasonable hour. The hotel sits right on a large sandy beach, with no road or railway to cross. There are two pools, including one for kids, plus games and activities during the day. The animation team were great, and the staff were friendly. Everywhere was clean, and our room was thoroughly cleaned daily. Special compliments to the blond-haired cleaner on the 5th floor. Every room has a balcony. The furniture could use an update, and the elevators are often busy and sometimes get stuck.
