Apartamentos Reina Victoria

We were only two, but stayed three days in a two-bedroom apartment, and the views of the sea from the living room and both bedrooms were fantastic. Everything was great. As we told the owner, the only thing missing was a serrated knife to slice bread, which really wasn't a big deal. We'll be back.

The host was lovely and gave us useful information. They even brought an extra safety rail for the children's bunk bed. The apartment is new and clean, and sits about halfway between the beaches and central Santander. For a weekend away, it works perfectly. Longer stays with a family might be less practical, though: there's not much kitchenware or storage, and the bathrooms don't have enough places to hang all the towels. There are a few other small issues that stand out more the longer you're there.

Javier made us feel at home from the first day, and his family helped make my time at Apartamento Reina Victoria such a great experience. He was attentive, quick to answer questions, and ready to sort out any issues. The apartment was spotless, had a full kitchen, and was in a very quiet area. We could relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. It's just a few minutes on foot from both the beach and downtown. I'd choose it again without hesitation if I return to Santander, and recommend it 100%. Thank you so much, Javier, for everything. You're a great host and a wonderful person.

Javier welcomed my husband and me warmly. He was attentive and polite, and even saved us a parking spot. The apartment was beautiful, clean, modern, and laid out well, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location made it easy to get around the city center. He also suggested places to visit and where to try Cantabrian food like cocido montañés and código lebaniego, along with seafood and fried squid. We followed his suggestions and made the most of our time in Santander. We'd gladly return and highly recommend it. 10 out of 10!
