We were moved to another apartment on Monday, beside the pool. It was dated, but clean, and we had a good holiday there. The first place was shabby and a long way from the pool. The listing mentioned two pools, a pool bar, and a children's play area, but none of those were there. Check-in was also ten minutes down the road, and because we arrived on Sunday, nobody was there. It isn't the place for anyone wanting lots to do.
The beds were really hard, and my back hurt the first morning. The staff were friendly, though, and the apartment was more spacious than I expected. Everything's basic, but it was alright.
Everything you need in the way of shops and restaurants is nearby, and the coast is only about five minutes away. Great spot for a budget break, highly recommend.
I realized I'd left my keys behind when I was already at the airport waiting for my flight home, so I called reception. I asked Mar blanca to send them to me and offered to pay postage, but they said returning them wasn't their responsibility. Poor customer service in this case.
The place is well kept and close to the sea. Friendly, helpful staff, and a lovely choice for a relaxing weekend away.
