The reception team were really friendly, and the beach was only a couple of minutes away on foot, with restaurants, bars and shops close by too. We spent a week here and had a great time. Our room on the third floor came with a fantastic view of the sea and sunset. The kitchen had all the basics, and housekeeping came every two days. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The rooms were actually pretty decent, with cookware, cleaning service and fresh towels. But the free parking means street parking, which felt a little misleading, and the Wi-Fi was only available in public areas and was painfully slow. It’s hard to have a bad holiday in Menorca, but in 2022 proper internet in the rooms really should be standard.

It’s clean and tidy, and has what you need for a self-catering break. The location is lovely for both the beach and the centre, and the staff were welcoming, especially Juan. The downside is how clearly you can hear other guests coughing or moving furniture, so it wasn’t great for getting a good night’s sleep.

The bed wasn't even made when we arrived, and it stunk. Our three-night stay was horrible. I've stayed in one-star hotels better than this rubbish. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone going on holiday.

The team were friendly and professional, and there’s a bus stop right outside. We stayed self-catering in 2019. The apartments are basic, with two bedrooms, one double and two single beds, plus a bathroom with a bath and shower and a hairdryer. You get a TV, microwave, kettle, toaster, mini hob, pots, pans and utensils, as well as air conditioning. There’s a small pool, usually with sunbeds available, and you can also use the sister hotels’ pool. The restaurant downstairs is open from 10 to 10. Noise from the other hotel settles down by 11 p.m.
