Apartamentos Drac

The house itself met the standards, but the service fell far short once we had paid. Before payment, customer service was very good. Afterward, when we raised problems, it became difficult to get help, and the agency’s replies felt condescending, as if they didn’t care because we’d already paid. The jacuzzi wasn’t working. We called, and a technician came the next morning, then left. We were told a broken part had been ordered, which should have been sorted before we arrived if a full experience was being sold. The agency suggested closing the jacuzzi to keep it warm, but with the water close to 20 degrees, it was more like a Nordic bath. The pool had no lighting either, so it was only usable in daylight. Our message about that was ignored, just like the one about the jacuzzi. The WIFI was unusable too. We tried to put up with it and not let it ruin the holiday, but we won’t contact this agency again when we return to Mallorca, and I’d advise other clients to do the same. We didn’t get what we paid for, and our attempts to get things fixed were ignored. For the price, the service was well below expectations. I hope the deposit is handled properly and this ends well.
