We rode our bikes back to Cala Bona for about an hour after a long afternoon in Cala Figuera. Coffee and ice cream rounded things off, and we only noticed it was already 6pm when we checked the time. It's easy to lose track of the day there. Cala Figuera felt like a peaceful, authentic part of Mallorca. The natural harbor still has the character of a working fishing village, without the overdevelopment you see in many coastal places. We walked the path around it, stopping often for photos. The narrow inlets wind inland past whitewashed houses, green-shuttered boathouses, and fishing boats bobbing gently in the water. Every view looked like a postcard. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter kind of beauty.

We spent the afternoon and evening in Cala Figuera, and it was so beautiful. The clear, deep water was great for snorkeling, and we had fun jumping from the cliffs before wandering around the port and town. We finished with a really tasty meal. It was pricey, but that's what we'd expected given the location and view. The staff were very friendly. I'd definitely recommend a day trip here.

Villa Sirena as we knew and loved it is gone for good. The owner family leased it to a hotel group that specializes in luxury resorts for adults, with prices starting at 400 Euro. So family holidays here are over. There's no visible progress and nobody seems to be working there. Maybe they'll open in 2026. Anyway, bye bye Villa Sirena.
