The kids’ pool behind the hotel, with its slides and fountains, was ideal for our younger children. Gated access made it feel safe, and they could explore while staying in easy view. The hotel has a friendly feel throughout, the layout of the pool areas is well thought out, and the evening entertainment was excellent. Food was good overall, with plenty of choice for a 4-star Spanish hotel. Breakfast could be smoother at the fresh omelette and pancake station, where queues build up at peak times. An extra staff member would likely help. We’d definitely book again. Special thanks to the entertainment team, especially the girls, who put so much effort into fun activities and were brilliant with the children.

The hotel is in a really quiet spot, which is great for a relaxing holiday. The animation was so good, and Marcin is the best entertainer. He made our vacation funny and interesting, something we’ll remember forever. Greetings and all the best to the staff at hotel Calimera. Greetings James.

The beach is about a 5-8 minute walk from the hotel, which was totally fine. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. On our last day they let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout, and even offered us a shower if we wanted to swim. I honestly can’t think of anything bad to say. Thank you! 🩷

There’s one pool mostly for adults and another for babies or small children, plus different activities during the day and shows every evening. The beach is a 5-7min walk with a carriage. We had a really good time here, with nice food and lots of variety, and a very friendly staff. It’s a perfect place for a family vacation. We’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back.

For our family of two kids, the connecting door between our rooms was really handy. The hotel layout and pool were great, though the water felt a little cold in October and the kids didn’t mind. The buffet food was good, but could use more choices and clearer labels for vegetarian options and other dietary restrictions. Staff were very friendly, and the entertainment was awesome, even though we only joined in around dinner time. We had a great stay at Calimera Fido Gardens.
