Families with small children should think carefully before booking here. We felt very unwelcome, and it began when we used the indoor pool, one of the reasons we chose the place because our children, aged three and four, like swimming and the water was cold that time of year. A German guest told the German owner we’d been in too long. We then found out pool use is limited to 45 minutes, and we’d gone 15 minutes over. Instead of speaking with us calmly, the owner came in yelling as if we’d committed a crime, saying he’d never experienced anything like it. There was no chance for a normal conversation, and he seemed to judge us without hearing us out. His rude treatment continued and really ruined our holiday. We no longer felt understood or welcome, and even after we got home, the criticism carried on. We were sent an unjustified bill for a broken lamp, with no openness to dialogue or self-reflection. It was a very strange way to treat paying guests. The holiday could otherwise have been perfect, but this left a bitter taste. Live, travel, respect life, and all the best.

The garden was fantastic, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. We had a lovely family stay in the two-bedroom place right by the sea with our two children. Thanks so much to Pedro and his family. We’ll definitely come back. Best wishes!

Pedro was a lovely host, happy to suggest things to do and places to eat around the island. The house itself is comfortable and beautiful, with a spectacular balcony view. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and close to Cala Santanyi. Highly recommended for a group stay.

The house, pool, and garden were all very well looked after, and the owner was friendly and great with children. We spent 15 days at Chalets Torre Nova at the end of September with our three young kids. It’s peaceful by the sea, and the beach is an easy walk away, with shallow spots for toddlers and good swimming and snorkeling. Santanyi is only a few minutes away, and Palma took about 40 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.

We’ve stayed here twice now and felt right at home both times. It’s a peaceful, relaxing place, with an easy key handover and everything clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all we needed. We’ll be back!
