We booked the casita at Finca Es Velar. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and the private terrace gave us a lovely place to relax. The finca itself is beautifully laid out, with a pool we made good use of. It's peaceful on the edge of Santanyi, but the town is easy to reach on foot or by car, with its weekly market, boutiques, and little cafes. The best part was how at home we felt. Elke, the owner, welcomed us along with Sunny, the finca's dog, and both made us feel among friends. On our first evening, the owner treated the newly arrived guests to his cooking and barbecue skills at their request. The food was fantastic. Elke is the heart of the place, always easy to approach, and together with the owner she helped make the stay carefree. Sunny, the four-legged guest attendant, kept making us smile. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they took care of every wish. Our 14 days of relaxing holiday went by far too quickly. We had to head home, but we'll be back!

Our apartment was clean, well equipped, and had air conditioning. The finca is beautifully designed, with lots of space and privacy, plus a fantastic pool, loungers, and shaded spots. The hosts were friendly and communication was always easy. Sunny, their four-legged hostess, was happy to have a cuddle. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Thanks so much!

The owners live on the property, and their warm, attentive hospitality is a big part of what makes a stay at Finca Es Velar so special. You can also request breakfast and dinner, which adds an extra bit of comfort. It's a beautiful, peaceful place for a break from everyday stress, surrounded by nature yet only eight minutes from the lively center of Santanyi and its local amenities. The setting and quality of service make it especially appealing if you're looking to relax. For anyone wanting a getaway that feels good for both body and soul, Finca Es Velar is a real treat. Staying here is more than just a pause from daily life, it's a genuinely enriching experience.

Eight days at the finca flew by, and we already want another holiday there. It's gorgeous, has everything you need, and there's no mass tourism. Waking up and jumping straight into the pool was simply brilliant. Santanyi is just a short walk away, or three minutes by rental car. Elke and H.P. are happy to answer questions and point you to the must-see highlights. H.P. will also cook for small groups if you're interested. Everything tasted so good I couldn't pick a favorite dish. Elke, who H.P. affectionately calls "sweetheart," is the finca's angel and does her best to make every wish come true. The finca has everything you need, including great facilities and a fantastic pool. It's surrounded by nature but still very central, with shopping nearby, about 10 minutes by car to Santanyi and 15 minutes to the beach. HP and Elke are such welcoming, attentive hosts who really care about their guests. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. They're truly kind people, and we'll definitely come back.
