Oasis D'or

This is my second stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s smaller than the nearby 4-star hotels and among the closest to the beach. The host is always around and ready to help with requests, and the new work on the terrace has made it even nicer to use. I recommend it 100%.

We were really happy with the hotel. It was clean, had everything we needed, and is in a great spot right by the beach and the centre. When we ran into trouble with our rental car, the owner spent a lot of time helping us out. We recommend it!

Oasisdor was a complete disappointment. The air conditioning in my room was broken, and I reported it straight away. They said they’d refund me if I found somewhere else to stay. I did, paying double the cost, because I trusted that promise. Two months later, there’s still no refund, follow-up or reply. They’ve ignored every message since. They promised a refund and left me covering the cost of their failure. This feels dishonest, not just like bad service. Avoid the place if you expect basic customer care and honesty. They took my money, made an empty promise, then disappeared when it was time to take responsibility.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay at Oasisdor pushed me to my limit. My room’s air conditioning was broken, and I told the front desk right away. They promised a refund if I found another place, so I moved to a different hotel and paid double, trusting them to keep their word. Two months have passed with no refund, email, call or accountability. I’ve followed up several times and been ignored. You can’t lie to guests and then disappear when it’s time to follow through. I’m appalled by the lack of honesty, comfort and professionalism. Oasisdor? More like Oasis-Don’t. Look elsewhere.
