Hotel Ses Puntetes

We changed hotels at the last minute after a bad experience elsewhere, and staying here saved our holiday. The staff looked after us so well, especially our daughter Ophelia. By our last day she was sad to go and giving cuddles to the lovely reception team. The room was great, the hotel felt spotless and welcoming, and breakfast was good every morning. It's well placed for shops, restaurants and the beaches. They made our first family holiday a special one, and we'd definitely come back.

Getting to the beaches was easy, and the hotel is just four minutes from the bus station and two minutes from the centre. Reception is staffed around the clock, and everyone there was kind and helpful. The fresh breakfast was tasty. Rooms have been stylishly renovated, and we had a lovely view from our street-facing terrace. They also provide beach towels, plus there's a shower by reception to use after the beach on checkout day. Definitely a place I'd stay again.

Cala Gran beach is just down the road, and the hotel is close to the bus station, bars and restaurants. They provided beach towels, and we could rent a parasol for our whole stay for 3 euro, with a 10 euro deposit. The housekeeper was such a cheerful, lovely person each morning. The hotel was very clean and cute, and the staff were super friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Cala Dor.

The rooms are a little dated, but they were comfortable enough, especially since we were out exploring most of the day. Staff were kind and helpful, and the price felt very fair. The hotel is charming and close to the centre of Cala d’Or. You can walk to the beaches and restaurants, and there's a supermarket, pharmacy and other useful places nearby. Free street parking was fairly easy to find. I'd stay here again.
