Apartamentos San Lazaro

We booked this for the last part of the Camino de Santiago with our family of four, and it worked perfectly. The Camino goes right past the door, so we left our backpacks in the apartment and walked the route light. That was a real help, since backpacks aren’t allowed in the Cathedral or at the Pilgrim's Mass. It’s about a 40-minute walk from the Cathedral square, so it isn’t near the historic center. Inside, everything felt new and was tastefully decorated. The apartment has all the amenities you need to feel at home for a few days, and it’s fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which has every detail. The beds are very comfortable, and the attic windows make it cozy and bright. The owner is lovely and replies very quickly on WhatsApp. Great, really.

We stayed as three people at the end of July and had a fantastic time. Everything was brand new, very clean, and the apartment was really well equipped. It’s handy for day trips by car, with a large shopping center very close by. Manuel was helpful and always available when we had questions.

There’s easy parking and you can get in any direction without hassle. The apartment itself is lovely and has what you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom was very clean with a great shower, and the master bedroom was perfect. The two extra beds for another couple or children were fantastic too, and all the beds were very comfortable.

The owner was easy to reach, and when our flight changed, they were flexible about what we needed. The location is great. My family and I felt comfortable the whole time, and the apartment was spotless. Highly recommended.
