The sea view in the evening really stays with you, especially watching the sun go down over the water. I’ve stayed here before and liked the atmosphere, the room, and how kindly the staff treated us. A 10-day stay seemed like a good value option, and it could suit you for a holiday. I’d happily come back when I have more time.
I’m here for four weeks at the moment. The balcony has good views, and the temperature’s been in the low to mid 20s.

The building is dirty and noisy, and there are cockroaches. The water in both the shower and kitchen smells rotten and looks dark. I found it disgusting to even wash my hair. I asked other people in the building and they have the same issue, though they don’t know why. I couldn’t tell whether it was the building or Puerto de Santiago. Update: neighbors say the water pumps in the building are the problem, and this has been happening for over a year. There are water cuts too. This time we were warned, thankfully, but on other occasions we’ve had to use the beach showers. Without a doubt the worst building, especially for how expensive the rent is.
