The staff were all cheerful and friendly, and went out of their way to help us when we needed assistance with a medical matter. We had delicious food in a delightful setting, and our room was lovely and immaculately clean. We’d happily recommend this fabulous hotel and hope to return. Many thanks to everyone.

We only got to use the pool and outdoor jacuzzi once during our three-night stay, and I wish we’d had more time. It was lovely to be able to make coffee in the room, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, with an immaculately clean room and shared areas. It was easy to get to everything Santillana has to offer. Thanks for a wonderful stay, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santillana del Mar.

We came to visit friends who were staying at the hotel for a few nights. There were some chocolate peanuts in a jar outside with no sign, so we took about 10. A woman told us in an unfriendly tone that they were for guests only. With reviews like these, I can’t believe the service was so poor. Will they get potential new clients this way? Definitely not.

Parking was straightforward, and the hotel made a handy base for enjoying the town by day or in the evening. I spent three days here at the end of August and used the pool several times a day. The staff were lovely and seemed ready to help with all sorts of things. Breakfast felt like a treat, with attentive service, and there was care in the details throughout the hotel.
