Posada La Casa del Organista

This is my third time staying at Rafa's place, and it’s been wonderful again. The staff are lovely, the terrace has a nice view, and breakfast is great. It’s an authentic posada with traditional rooms, spotless modern bathrooms, and luxurious sheets and towels. There’s protected parking, and the back road makes it easy to get in without driving through town. Definitely the top place to stay in Santillana!

Breakfast was excellent, and we ate on the rear terrace with lovely views of rural life and the small town. The posada is perfectly located for the centre of Santillana Del Mar, and the church there is well worth visiting. Our room was delightful, with a modern bathroom and a lovely balcony with a fantastic view. The traditional interior was presented beautifully. The owner spoke great English, was friendly and helpful, and had a great sense of humor. We felt very welcome.

The old building is beautiful, with lovely rooms and gorgeous views. Our host was kind and so helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

We had such a warm welcome, and breakfast was amazing, with a generous selection of food. If you’re lucky, you can eat on the terrace and take in those fabulous views. Parking was very helpful too. The hotel is cozy and stunning, with oak throughout and stylish decor, a lovely place to relax and soak it all in. Thank you, Rafa, for a wonderful stay and a great start to our tour of northern Spain. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll be back. :-)
