The best part was the value for money, along with the lovely, caring older woman who looked after the place. This is a well-kept, modern guest house in a 17th-century building, with beautiful surroundings and views. Breakfast was good, and you're close to both Santillana del Mar and the Altamira Caves.

We really appreciated Miguel's suggestions for interesting towns to visit. He clearly knows the area well. Our family had a lovely stay at Posada Las Quintas this week: the staff were friendly, and both the rooms and shared spaces were consistently clean and cared for. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The location was great, too. We were glad we chose it.

I meant to leave this on Booking.com and felt I should share how it went. Miguel, thank you! The room was beautiful, the service attentive, polite, and charming, and I was even given fruit. The place was comfortable, with easy parking and a storybook view over the meadow. It's ideally located for a visit to Santillana del Mar and offers great value. A magical stay, highly recommended. I'd definitely return ;)

It's a tiny bakery, but the selection is full of good things. We loved the pastries, petit fours, sandwiches, and rosco, and the service was excellent. We haven't tried the gluten- and dairy-free empanada yet, though we heard it's delicious and that you can't taste the gluten-free difference, hahahahahahaha. Next time we'll order one.
