The location is great, and the people were nice. My room and bathroom were clean, though a few things were broken. It felt a little expensive for what you get.

This is a particularly beautiful place, but my experience trying to book was unlike anything I’ve had before. One person handles it, and she was the only person I spoke with by phone. She said she was overwhelmed, yet after more than 10 days of contacting her on WhatsApp from different numbers, I still had no reply. She says WhatsApp is the only way to book, and I was trying to find availability for four specific days in August, room options, and their prices. I’m not sure what response this review will get, but I expect they’ll come up with something. Reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, though I can’t think of another way to make people understand how completely unable she seemed to be to sort out this problem, if you can even call it that. I wish someone with more experience were managing the place.

Being right by the beach is a real plus, but I don’t think this hostel is worth the price. At 26 euros a night, it was dirty, the mattress was terrible, and there was no hand soap. I’ve attached a photo of what I found when I opened the sheets. The room had four bunk beds but just one electrical outlet, and there wasn’t even a fridge or microwave. It’s beside a bar, so getting to sleep can be difficult.

At exactly 3:11 AM, I had the key to the hostel’s main entrance and room 3, but someone else was in the bed I’d been assigned. They showed me their receipt, and because of this mismanagement I’m left spending the night out on the street. It’s despicable to strand a customer like this. I demand a refund of at least 25 euros.
