The service was lovely, and they even offered, without us asking, to let us stay until 3 pm at no extra charge. Otherwise we’d have been out by 11. I’d recommend the apartments for work, a holiday, or a weekend break, and I’ll book here again if I come back. This visit was for work. The apartment was spotless and had two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double, plus a full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer in the closet. The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, ironing board and iron, microwave, and more. There was also a big living room with a table for four, free Wi-Fi, and, in my case, a terrace with lovely views. Silgar beach is nearby, down a steep hill. In under five minutes you can reach the promenade, with its shops, bars, and restaurants. There are two bakeries close by for an inexpensive breakfast. Just be aware they serve two big pastries with your coffee. They also have toast and sweet and savory choices. A huge free parking lot is less than a minute away. The downsides are the lack of an elevator, which made climbing to the fourth floor, really more like the fifth, tiring, and no air conditioning. September was fine without it, though I can’t say how it would be in summer. This is just my personal opinion.
