The apartment was disgusting, and after I left the next day, I found my car dented. They had also refused to let me in to begin with. Maybe they just didn’t like me. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I really want to return. I went with friends for a bachelorette party, and the owners were courteous and very friendly. The apartment was clean, smelled nice, and had no bugs. The pool was in good condition, though the weather meant we barely used it. We made some noise at night but had no problems. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a truly awful stay, starting with barely anyone greeting us when the apartment door opened. The beds smelled terrible, we weren’t given towels, and the ones provided were old and threadbare. Cleaning was horrendous, with hair stuck everywhere, and it was incredibly noisy. The pool couldn’t be used, supposedly because of a recent breakdown, though it seems it had been out of action for a while. There were no basics like toilet paper or trash bags, the grill was closed, and the price was exorbitant for what the facilities offered. This is a family-run business, with the husband, wife, daughter, and son-in-law involved. That in itself isn’t the issue. They claim to have a cleaning lady, but it turns out the husband does the cleaning as best he can. The lies made an already terrible experience even worse. It couldn’t have been worse.

The first night was unbearable. Until 5 a.m. there was a drill-like noise every 6-10 seconds. In the morning, we told the owner, who suggested we sleep during the day to catch up, which was complete nonsense. She said it came from the air conditioner in the next room and that she couldn’t do anything. When we asked to skip the second night and get a refund for it, she refused. I had to threaten to call the police before she finally agreed to refund the night we weren’t going to “enjoy” there. The room was filthy from the start, with hair everywhere, stained towels, and a chair covered in who-knows-what. They advertise a pool, but there were more bugs than water. Anyone looking for the worst place they’ve ever stayed has found it.
