Lofts Pinamar

The pool was far too small for the number of apartments and guests. Children jumped around on people, adults played ball in the water, and there were no outdoor chairs, so people lay on their towels. Seagulls kept drinking from the pool and relieving themselves both in and around it. I rented a loft in July for six nights for two people, paying €780, with a parking space included as usual. On arrival, the owner asked for another €30 in cash for parking, saying there wasn't room for everyone. Surreal. The apartment was unbearably hot, and the only fan was broken. After I complained, they replaced it with one just as weak, barely moving any air. The cleaning was poor too, and I had to do it myself. At night, there was zero soundproofing. The ceilings and walls were plywood, and we could hear doors slamming, children running, arguments, shouting, everything. Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent. The hot water didn't even last for one person when I showered at the end of the first day. They came to check after I complained, couldn't really explain it, but said it would be fixed. It stayed that way for all six days, with not enough hot water for two people. The price was far too high for what they offer. Never again!

Handy for the beach, which is quite close, and the property has a shared pool and garage. The apartment would work for a stay of a few days, a couple of weeks, or even a month in Sanxenxo. I do think it's expensive.

The building has free parking with direct access, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. We also liked having a pool for a quick swim when we didn't want to head down to the beach. The apartments are in a luxury residential building, with new facilities and everything you need. A few ants turned up in the bathroom now and then, and the young man bringing the keys arrived 20 minutes late. Once he got there, though, his service was excellent. There's no air conditioning.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. It's close to the beach and the leisure area. The sofa wasn't comfortable to sleep on, though my children didn't complain.
