The peaceful setting and really nice breakfast made this a lovely place for a romantic break. Our room was clean and comfortable, and having a jacuzzi in the bedroom was great.

The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety, and the facilities were kept up well. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly, and we appreciated the in-room jacuzzi and the chocolates in the room decor. We stayed for three days at the end of 2025. Our main disappointment was that our requests had not even been read. The bed was very large but much too soft for us, and we sank into it. Apart from that, the hotel was generally fine.

The room was fantastic, with a smart TV, bathrobes for after the jacuzzi, and a coffee maker or kettle. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, and the staff were excellent, offering us all kinds of help, even room service. Everything was meticulously cared for, from the Balinese decor to the spotless cleanliness. We will definitely return.

The area around the hotel was disappointing, with no good dining options, and there was an awful smell coming from the entrance. We stayed two nights, but the room price didn't reflect the quality we expected. Worse, the first room they assigned us had spiders and other insects all over the bed. We told reception, and they moved us to a villa, where we had no further problems.
