The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. The menu was tiny and changed completely between my visits two days apart, and neither version was good. They had no beef at all, which makes little sense for a place serving burgers and meat. The hamburger came as a dry patty with potatoes, no bun and no explanation. The limp salad tasted like it wasn't fresh. I've been to Spain 3-4 times and eaten at dozens of places, and this was easily the worst meal I've had here. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place deserves a serious warning. Nothing felt fresh or thoughtful, and none of it was worth the price. Save yourself the disappointment and eat somewhere else nearby.

Only... wow! A great visit through the history and art of Aragón. The storytellers were nice and clever.

I stayed here years ago, and it's definitely worse now. There was no reception, just a machine, and the bar staff knew nothing. We couldn't even get dinner. They said, "They're two different companies." Someone's lying. The room was uncomfortable, the mattress base noisy, and the bathroom dilapidated. The all-in-one shower gel and shampoo looked like it could clean your car, and even toilet paper was in short supply. It's been years since I've stayed somewhere this terrible. I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND it and won't be back. It's a shame places like this exist. There are other places in the area where managers go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home. This isn't one of them.

At 8:30 pm, the restaurant outside the building refused to serve us dinner, saying they were very busy. They wouldn't even offer a snack, and we won't be back. This is a basic establishment with no direct customer service, definitely not a 4-star hostel. The free parking is on the street.

The food was delicious, and the service and friendliness were spectacular. There was no waiting, and the price couldn't be better. Simply a 10 out of 10 in every way!
