On my third trip to Segovia, the location and view were still the strong points. We had a room facing the Aqueduct, which was great. The room and service felt poor, around two-star quality. It was 27C in our room, and there was no individual AC control. The hotel wasn't going to adjust the temperature for comfort. It was also very noisy. We've stayed hundreds of nights in all kinds of hotels around the world, and we definitely don't recommend this one. There are much better choices in Segovia. Avoid Eurostars Hotels in Segovia.

I made an accidental mistake on my reservation, choosing November instead of October, so we arrived a month early and bought another room at the counter for much more than the one we'd booked. The hotel still wouldn't honor our request or offer a refund for the mistaken booking. I know the reservation was non-refundable, but since we'd already paid for a different room, they could at least have made a partial adjustment. I've never come across this level of indifference before. The service doesn't feel up to a 4-star standard, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and all spoke fluent English. The rooms were adequate, with nothing especially notable, though ours was sometimes noisy because it sat directly above the fast food area by the bus stop. The hotel is right beside the aqueduct and well placed for arriving by car as well as exploring town on foot.

10/10
The rooms feel a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Breakfast was good, and the convenient location is a real plus, with the Aqueduct and Segovia's other main sights nearby. The parking area is quite small, so bear that in mind if you're arriving in a large vehicle.

There's internal parking, and the famous aqueduct is just a stone's throw away, making it easy to enjoy Segovia. This is a good-standard 4-star hotel in an international style, with all the classic comforts. Recommended.
