Really good food for the price. My wife and I stopped for a bite after dropping my Tesla at the VPC, which was sad because I was moving from Spaon back to the U.S. The meal lifted our spirits: we had menudo, baked fish, and a revuelto with Jamon, all very good. It’s not a fancy restaurant or gourmet grill, but it’s great value.

The rooms are small, but comfortable, clean, and just right for what you need. The owner is lovely and makes you feel at home. This is a small rural house in the center of Segura de la Sierra, where it’s peaceful and quiet. Segura de la sierra is one of Spain’s most beautiful small towns, and you can visit the Sierra de Segura and Cazorla natural park from here.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s been wonderful every time. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. You get great value for money, a 10/10. The town itself is beautiful, with a fantastic castle worth visiting and stunning countryside around it.

Paco is very friendly and goes out of his way to help with whatever you need. The hotel is a charming little country place in the heart of Segura de la Sierra, one of Spain’s most beautiful villages. It has six rooms in different sizes, all with private bathrooms and kept very clean. There’s a simple complimentary breakfast of coffee, milk, and pastries. You can set out on lots of hiking and cycling routes from Segura de la Sierra. Excellent value for money.
