The pools were lovely, and we liked being able to relax over lunch in the afternoon. Half board had a great variety of food. We chose the apartment option and found it practical for our holiday, with a nice-sized balcony. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. Service and rooms were a four for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, though they seemed short staffed. Our double bed was two singles pushed together.

This condo hotel is perfectly placed for restaurants and the pier, where boats leave for excursions. Breakfast was good and included with the room, and there were a lot of tourists from Germany. The room was just OK, but fine for sleeping since I was usually out exploring and taking boats to the cabrera Islands. I enjoyed my stay in fall 2022.

We got good value for the price, though the restaurant service, animation, and kids club could be better. The food at breakfast and dinner was better than I expected, with a good selection, but the staff were stretched thin and dirty dishes piled up quickly. More waiters are needed. Reception was nice. The kids club wasn't great. It was run by one person who wasn't very flexible, and arriving five minutes late meant a child couldn't join and had to wait a long time. The playground also needs investment, since the toys are old and not very useful. We stayed a week. The room was very practical, with a modern, large, convenient bathroom. The rest of the apartment and most of the complex felt a bit dated, but were clean and functional. The exterior looks worn and needs painting.

A family-friendly, secure place, close to the port and Restaurants. The food at the hotel was great, with plenty of tasty choices. There was some noise around the pool, but that's to be expected. Service was perfect and everyone was smiling. The rooms were fine, the bathrooms had been renewed, and the A/C worked properly. I'd recommend it, 5/5.

The buffet was above the usual standard, with quality on a par with the restaurants in town. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety, and the kitchen took great care with allergies. Anyone with food allergies was carefully looked after. We were very happy with the apartment, which was cleaned daily and kept fresh with air-conditioning. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. The hotel is close to the town's beaches, and a short drive gets you to the island's most beautiful beaches and calettas. I'd suggest booking half-board. I highly recommend staying here.
