Rooms Can Moreno

We had everything we needed and had a wonderful time. The pool was amazing, and the town has real charm. Would happily come back ;)

The kitchen didn’t even have basics like salt, pepper, oil, bowls, washing-up liquid or a sponge. And the sound insulation was nonexistent, so it felt like we were sharing the apartment with the people next door. There were three of us, and the landlord first showed up at 10 pm. He threatened to call the police, even though our music was very quiet and we were locked inside. At 11:30 pm, the neighbor, who was aggressive and violent, knocked because we were playing cards with no music and that was supposedly too loud. Avoid this place unless you’re happy going to bed at 9 pm or whispering all night. The neighbors’ baby woke us every morning at 7 and several times overnight, too. On our last day, cleaning staff from the apartment next door, also a Viles Can Moreno apartment, woke us at the same hour. It was a nightmare, and we came home more tired than when we left for vacation.

We stayed at Rooms Can Moreno (Plaça Historiador Lladó i Farregut), where parking is available nearby. The apartment was basic but fine, and the owner was very kind over Whatsapp even though we never met him. Still, sleep was impossible: the beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was too much noise, and everything smelled damp.

Getting around the island was convenient from here. It was my first summer staying at this property, and I had a lovely time. The owners were always available and gave us all the information we needed for a relaxing visit.
