The rooms are comfortable and clean, and both reception and housekeeping were attentive and helpful. Buses to Madrid and nearby towns stop right outside, so the location is handy. Great value for money, I’d recommend it.

We were due to stay on September 26th and October 3rd, and called to say we’d be traveling without our pet. They told us there was no reservation because the card wasn’t up to date. But Booking.com says the booking is properly confirmed and the card is valid, and that the manager’s explanation is confusing. From other reviews, it seems this has happened before. I’ve already paid for the trip and am traveling 400 km with nowhere to stay. This should be reported. I suspect they accept more bookings than they have rooms, then this happens. A disgrace. One star only because I can’t give zero.

I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. If I could rate it minus 10, I would. Everything was a disgrace, from the price for what’s supposedly a hotel to the facilities, cleanliness, bugs, and the manager’s rudeness. Photos attached.

Luisa Fernanda handled everything from booking through check-in really well. The rooms were clean. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at the hostel several times for work, and the beds are very comfortable, the rooms clean, and the towels wonderfully soft. The hostesses look after guests attentively, which makes staying here a pleasure. The only issue is the highway nearby, so there’s some traffic noise. Apart from that, everything’s perfect.
