David was a wonderful host, and his knowledge of and enthusiasm for local wines made for a great evening. The hotel is very pleasant and set in a lovely part of Spain, and the restaurant food was excellent.

We ended up at Hotel Villa de Setenil to work remotely for a day after finding our temporary place had no reception or wi-fi. The staff were quick to make room for us. We had some great coffees, then an amazing lunch. The people, food, views, and wi-fi were all great, and the brownie with turrón ice cream and melted chocolate was delicious.

The room was spacious, the views were amazing, and they let me keep my bicycle in the room. The separate restaurant was so good it’s worth a visit on its own, and they’re clearly passionate about the food. Gracias Alex!

The team provided exceptional service at this beautiful, high-quality hotel in a superb location. The local dishes and wines at the Restaurant are worth trying. I’ll stay here again. Thanks for a great visit, and I’m looking forward to coming back 😀.

We were out most of the day and evening, so we only used our room and didn’t try the other facilities. There’s so much to see nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff we met were lovely, and we had no complaints.
