Albergue Mar De Fulles

Mar de Fulles has a wonderful natural setting and the food is reliably delicious, with dishes that are carefully prepared. I was glad to find the service much better than when I visited nearly a year ago, though there’s still room to improve. The menu changes only a little, and I’d like to see more frequent updates or extra choices. The kitchen seems capable of offering more variety. The summer heat was intense during my restaurant visit. I asked for the air conditioning, and it was switched on at first, but I was told it would be turned off while we ate. That made the meal uncomfortable and seemed odd, perhaps because of the cost. More consistent attention to comfort and menu variety would improve the experience. Even so, I enjoyed my visit, thanks to the setting, food, and service that’s moving in the right direction.
