A comfortable room with underfloor heating, plenty of parking, and good staff. The setting in the Alpujarra is beautiful and the location is convenient. There was some mould in the bathroom, though.

The breakfast was excellent and the location is lovely. It’d be five stars for me if the staff were more helpful.

Even better than the great location was the staff. A really great hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff treated us so warmly. Breakfast was great too. Just be careful getting there, because the maps show the wrong route. You need to come from the street before Pitres Square, not via Capilerilla. Parking access needs work: new or nervous drivers, especially in winter, may turn back because there’s nowhere nearby to park. The room heating could use fixing as well.
