The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were very helpful. It's a good base for visiting beautiful Sigüenza, just a couple of streets from the Parador and a few blocks from downtown, where there are lots of tapas bars for lunch. Keep in mind that the streets around here are steep. You may want to leave the car near the Parador and carry your luggage to the hostal.

Everything else was perfect: it was clean and well located, and I had a very pleasant stay. The bed just wasn’t especially comfortable for me.

We asked where to visit and where to get good coffee, and they pointed us to La Cafebrería Rayuela https://g.co/kgs/tJg3Fs9. For tapas, their suggestion was Tapas El Ratón https://g.co/kgs/TR9G9r7. Our night there was really quiet, and the bed was very good, which matters a lot to us. The place itself is simple, but comfortable and pleasant, and the reception staff were warm and helpful. It made for a fantastic weekend. Highly recommended.
