It’s both a hotel and a restaurant. The little hotel is nice, though the room felt quite old fashioned, but it was clean. The restaurant had good beer and food.

I had lunch here many times during my stay, and the daily menu was always appetizing. It’s the most welcoming restaurant in Simancas, and they serve the best hamburger I’ve had in Europe. Veronica was wonderful and became a friend while I was visiting 😊

They have a braseria, so this is a great spot if you’re in the mood for steak. I’d recommend the porterhouse cooked medium. Mine was juicy, with just the right bit of pink, and you could really taste the beef. I’d definitely come back here for a steak.

The lamb skewer was delicious, and the service was excellent and welcoming, even though my Spanish is very limited. A great spot for lunch in Simancas, whether you fancy the set menu or tapas to share.

Excellent food at good prices. It’s a lovely family run restaurant, and they made us feel welcome even though we spoke very little Spanish.
