The room was so tiny there was barely space to move, and it was plain too. The photos online gave a completely different impression. I paid for a “private balcony,” but it was actually on another floor, so it wasn’t somewhere I could really enjoy from my room. When I challenged this, they said it was what I’d booked, even though that’s definitely not what the online listing shows. They even said I should have asked them before booking. Really? A room with a balcony has always meant a room with a balcony wherever I’ve traveled, not a room with access to a balcony upstairs. Ridiculous.

This family restaurant sits on a steep street beside the old city and Sant Sebastian beach. The three-course dinner was very inexpensive and the food was reasonable, but after reading the positive comments here, I expected more.

We had the best meal of our 4 days in Sitges here. For only €18,50, the three-course dinner included 4 different tapas to start, a great second course, and dessert.

The breakfasts were good and filling, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious, spotless, and smelled fresh. It’s a cozy, nicely located hotel, with the big bonus that it’s adults only. The price is the downside.

On a quiet street behind the church, this lovely restaurant serves nice tapas in big portions. The whole menu, wine included, came to under 20€.
