Divino Hotel

Yari at the front desk was especially friendly, and the Rituals bath products were a nice surprise. The hotel is right by all the bars, but the room stayed quiet. The bed and bedding were high quality, and the AC worked really well. I found it good value and would happily stay again. The main downside was having no hot water at all during my stay. The bedrooms and common areas also felt quite bare, and could use some decor to make them warmer and more inviting.

I wanted somewhere small, simple, and personal for this visit to Sitges, after staying in hotels and apartments on my many earlier trips. Hotel Divino caught my eye right away. It's in the heart of the gay area, but still feels like a calm little oasis. The warm, lively team were genuinely kind, and I felt well looked after. Any issue was handled quickly and with a smile. Thanks especially to Yari, who made everything easy, from a room swap to an extra towel. Noise is something to keep in mind. Some rooms face the street, where you may hear the buzz even with the excellent windows. Others can pick up noise through the thinner walls. It bothers me, though I know it won't be a dealbreaker for everyone. If you're sensitive to sound, I'd recommend Room 9 on the third floor. It's tucked away without direct neighbors and has a lovely little terrace, calm and private. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

The hotel has lovely decor and the customer service was friendly. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes to check in, though, because reception was rarely attended.

Hotel Divino was spotless and well maintained, with comfortable accommodation that felt thoughtfully designed. We were impressed by its location, which made exploring the area easy. What made the stay special was the staff's genuine care and thoughtfulness. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and made us feel at home. It exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend it for a memorable getaway!
