The rooms are spacious and fine, and Beso Beach serves good food at night with kind staff. The hotel just doesn't feel worth the money or like a true five-star stay. I won't be back, though maybe I'd come for lunch or a rooftop drink in summer. I've stayed twice, both times outside peak season. There was no greeting on arrival, and beyond the bar there were no amenities. There's no indoor pool, sauna, steam room, or anything like that, and no kids' facilities despite what they advertise. Dogs cost 80eur a night. The first time we got a little dog kit, but not on the second visit. In colder months the pool isn't heated and is just closed, and the outdoor area isn't maintained.

The sea-facing room was just what I needed. At night I left the door open to listen to the waves, and walking into town was wonderfully relaxing. I even tried a quick swim in the 12 degree water. Guille and Luis at the concierge desk were always around with helpful local tips, from restaurants to experiences offered by the hotel. They told me about a nearby farm that rescues horses, where you can ride or simply spend time with the horses and enjoy nature. You don't need riding experience. Lucas drove me there and helped out too. I ate at the restaurant a few times and found the team warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel and staff were exceptional, and I'd especially recommend a stay in the off season if you're looking for some quiet.

I’m from New York and also have Irish citizenship, and Barcelona is a place I love. This beautiful spot in Sitges is always a favorite of mine. The people, food, atmosphere and nightlife are all second to none. If you feel like splurging on a world-class property, I highly recommend it.

Guille and the team kept checking in each day to see if they could make our stay even better, and they really made sure everything was just right. We had a wonderful time at Terramar. They also surprised us with wine and chocolate for our anniversary, which was lovely.

The views are breathtaking, and everyone was so professional. Camilla from the Quality Department gave first-class service and made sure all the details were right. This was my first visit, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. What an amazing place.
