The hotel itself is nice, but dealing with Sandra at the desk was a horrible experience. She raised her voice at customers and refused to call the supervisor or even give me his name. She talks about courtesy but doesn't seem to understand it. The other hotel guests didn't seem surprised by what happened.

We had a beach view room and everything worked well. It was super clean and comfortable, and we’d stay here again. The only drawback was the weak WiFi reception.

Great location and a very clean property. The rooms were tidy, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Just be aware that the TVs don't have smart features.

We rented a four-bedroom luxury apartment and absolutely loved it. The place is stunning, from the pools and grounds to the location. Everything felt perfect, definitely five-star.
