The location was perfect, less than a minute from the sea and within a 10-15 minute walk of pretty much everything. The rooftop views were beautiful. Its pool area is small, with only about six chairs, but we could always find one to sunbathe after the beach. Breakfast was much better than some reviews had led me to expect, with a good range of typical breakfast foods and eggs or omelettes cooked fresh to order. Laura was amazing: when she was running breakfast, everything was organized and well stocked, and she made us feel at home. We loved Alex and Laura. Most staff were kind, helpful and approachable, though a few seemed distant or abrupt. We didn't use the spa, but free membership gives you an hour of pool access each day. The spa area looked very nice, with romantic lighting, a salt pool, a regular pool, a cold plunge, heated seats in a relaxation room, a sauna and a steam room. We stayed six nights in the cheapest room, since we don't expect to spend much time in our room. It was a decent size, with comfortable beds, a double sink and plenty of space to unpack. It was fairly clean, though the peeling wallpaper and other cosmetic wear could use an update. There was mold in the shower, as I'd read in advance, and we killed three baby cockroaches in the first few days. Even with those room issues, I'd stay again and recommend it. We're pretty low-maintenance travelers, and for about $1,200 we felt we got good value. The staff went out of their way to help, which made up for some of the room's shortcomings.

The room was okay, as was the Junior Suite, and breakfast was nice. Service during the meal was great, and the staff were super friendly. Drinks were overpriced and poorly made, and it was disappointing that the Junior Suite had no bathroom door. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. I gave it one star because of what happened after checkout. I was feeling unwell and forgot my very expensive headphones. I noticed on the plane and emailed the hotel straight away. They confirmed in writing that they had the headphones and offered to mail them. I thanked them and gave my card details to cover shipping, but then they stopped replying entirely. In my opinion, that amounts to theft. Avoid this hotel. The staff steals.

We weren't staying at the hotel, just came for Christmas Lunch, but it was the most impressive meal we'd had in a long time. Luis was welcoming and friendly, and the service was top-notch. Unforgettable meal. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights in June 2025. The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet, and we enjoyed a great hot and cold breakfast every morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I’d highly recommend the spa too. I've had massages with Rafael many times on visits to Sitges over the years. When I was back in September 2025, I also had a massage with Alvaro, though I didn't stay at the Hotel MIM that time. Both Rafa and Alvaro give excellent, intuitive massages that leave me completely relaxed. I recommend the hotel and the spa.
