Sitges Eleven

The manager made us feel so welcome, and I loved my five or so nights here. My room was huge, with a good sized bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a bar fridge too. The rates were very competitive, and I really enjoyed the stay.

We booked a room with two beds for five days, our first time in sitges, and got a really "worm" welcome. After paying and getting the keys, we found the room wasn't ready. The TV didn't work, the AC remote had no batteries, there was no light bulb, no soap in the shower, and no wifi. When we told the owner, she said this was normal and happened all the time in hotels. We asked her to fix the basic services we had been told were included while we walked around town. But when we came back that night, the TV, wifi, and light still weren't working. We got up early and asked her to sort it out. She replied, "if u unhappy you should leave". We didn't want a fight, so we agreed to find another hotel and leave the next day. She said we had AN HOUR to get our things out and go. We were kicked out and shamed, left completely shocked and confused. I wouldn't wish this dreadful experience on anyone. Stay away from this place.

Rain poured through the ceiling when it rained. There wasn't even a bathroom door, it had been taken off, and the receptionist didn't know what to do. In the end, they had to hang a plastic shower curtain across the doorway.

The room was very clean, and I was happy with my stay at sitges eleven. The manager was helpful and the service was excellent. It's local and easy to find, close to shopping places, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I always like staying at this hotel. Thank you!
